One Pair. Two Different Sizes.

Most footwear is sold with the same size for both feet. DILIKS provides a Split-Size Matching Service for customers who may need a different size on each foot.

Here’s how the process works.

Step 1: Choose a Shoe

Browse the styles that support our Split-Size Matching Service.

Split sizing may not be available for every product, size combination, color, or width. Available options will be shown on the applicable product page.

Step 2: Tell Us About Each Foot

Provide the requested sizing information for your left and right foot separately.

Depending on the style, we may ask for:

  • Your usual size for each foot

  • The length and width of each foot

  • The brand and size you currently wear

  • Additional information about fit or comfort

For the most accurate results, follow our Size Guide and double-check your measurements before submitting your order.

Step 3: We Review Your Information

Our team reviews the sizing information together with the fit and construction of the selected shoe.

Because sizing varies between brands and styles, the most suitable size combination may not always be identical to the sizes you normally wear.

If we need additional measurements or clarification, we may contact you before continuing. Order processing may pause until we receive the required information.

Step 4: We Match Your Pair

Once the size combination and availability have been confirmed, we prepare the split-size pair.

This may include:

  • Sourcing the required sizes

  • Checking the individual shoes

  • Matching the appropriate left and right shoe

  • Inspecting the completed pair

  • Preparing the order for shipment

A split-size order is individually prepared rather than selected as an ordinary same-size pair from one box.

Step 5: We Ship Your Order

Our current estimated processing time is generally 1–3 business days after we receive the information required to prepare the order.

For U.S. orders, standard shipping is generally estimated at 7–12 business days after shipment.

A typical U.S. order may therefore arrive approximately 8–15 business days after all required sizing and order information has been received.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Understanding the Price

Where applicable, your order may include:

  • The product price

  • A Split-Size Matching Service Fee

  • Shipping charges

  • Applicable taxes or other mandatory charges

The Split-Size Matching Service Fee covers the additional work involved in reviewing sizing information, sourcing, matching, checking, pairing, inspecting, and preparing a split-size order.

Applicable charges will be shown before you complete checkout.
