One Pair. Matched to Each Foot.
Choose a shoe you like and tell us about each foot. Our Size-Pairing & Verification Service uses your measurements and usual sizes as references to match the left and right shoe for your selected style.
Step 1: Choose Your Shoes
Check the product's supported foot-length range as an initial guide. Availability depends on the style, color and size combination. A listed range is not a guarantee of fit. If either foot is near a range limit or outside the range, email support@diliks.com before ordering.
Step 2: Measure and Add Your Order Notes
Follow our Size Guide. Measure each foot separately and do not add extra length. In the Order notes box in your cart, before checkout, provide each foot's length and usual shoe size. Label Left and Right, use either cm or inches consistently, and identify the sizing system (for example, US Men's, US Women's or EU).
Example:
Left: 25.0 cm; usual size US Men's 7
Right: 25.5 cm; usual size US Men's 7.5

If you normally wear the same shoe size on both feet, enter that size for both, but still measure and enter each foot's actual length separately. Foot width and fit preferences are optional unless we request them to assess your selected style.
If notes are missing or unclear, we will email you within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). You can also email your order number and sizing details to support@diliks.com. Preparation is paused until the required information is complete.
Step 3: We Review and Match Your Pair
We review your measurements against the selected shoe's sizing and fit, then source, check, match and inspect the left and right shoe. Your usual sizes are references, not a guarantee of the final labeled sizes: sizes vary between brands and styles. We will contact you before proceeding if information is insufficient or a proposed combination materially differs from your stated requirements.
For cancellation and service-fee purposes, preparation begins only after the required sizing information has been reviewed and we start sourcing or pairing your order. Merely placing an order or submitting measurements does not begin this stage. Contact us promptly to request changes or cancellation. See our Refund Policy for restrictions, remedies and exceptions.
Step 4: We Ship Your Order
Processing is generally estimated at 1–3 business days after all required sizing information and any necessary clarification are received. Standard U.S. shipping is generally estimated at 7–12 business days after shipment, giving an estimated total of 8–15 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy.
What's Included in the Price?
The displayed product price already includes a $29.99 Size-Pairing & Verification Service Fee per pair; it is not added again at checkout. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.
The same measurement review and preparation service, included fee and cancellation/return conditions apply whether your matched pair uses different sizes or the same size. This service does not guarantee perfect fit and does not limit remedies for merchant error, defective goods or applicable consumer rights.
