Traditional made-to-order footwear can require a lengthy manufacturing process. Depending on the provider, customers may wait approximately 60 days before their shoes are completed.
Diliks works differently.
We do not manufacture every pair from the beginning after an order is placed. Instead, we source current shoe styles from established footwear markets and supply-chain networks in China. These manufacturing clusters give us access to a broad selection of in-stock styles and sizes.
We then invest our time and expertise in the part that matters most to our customers: measuring, selecting and matching the appropriate shoe for each foot.
This allows us to provide a practical split-size footwear service without the long production cycle associated with fully custom-made shoes.
How the Diliks Matching Process Works
1. You select a style and provide your size information
Choose an available shoe style and tell us the size needed for your left and right foot.
For example:

If you are uncertain about your sizes, you can also share your foot measurements according to our measurement guide. Our team will use this information to help identify the most appropriate size combination.
2. We locate the corresponding in-stock sizes
After receiving your order, we locate the required sizes from the available inventory for the same shoe style, color and design.
Because we source from footwear supply-chain clusters in China, we can coordinate inventory from multiple available pairs and create the combination you need.
3. We measure and check the shoes
Size labels are helpful, but they do not always tell the whole story. Fit and internal dimensions can vary slightly between styles, factories and production batches.
Within 48 hours after receiving your order, our team checks the available shoes and measures the relevant dimensions. We compare the shoes with the size information and measurements you provided.
Our goal is to select the most suitable available combination—not simply place two differently labeled shoes into one box.
4. We create your split-size pair
Once the measurement and matching process is complete, we combine the selected left and right shoes into one coordinated pair.
